Mess bill made out to Douglas McKie for 15 shillings, 1916 (c). Issued from the mess of the Musketry Camp at Ponteland. From a collection of miscellaneous papers relating to Douglas McKie’s military service, including mess bills and official forms, 1916-1917. Douglas McKie served with Artists' Rifles and Northumberland Fusiliers and was killed at the Battle of Arras, 1917. Associated with World War One, Home Front (1914-1918).
