Letter sent to Douglas McKie from his sister Helen, April 1917. Expresses her hope that he will be sent home with a ‘Blighty’ wound. With envelope. From a collection of miscellaneous letters and papers relating to the death of Douglas McKie, 1917 (c). Douglas McKie served with Artists' Rifles and Northumberland Fusiliers and was killed at the Battle of Arras, 1917. Associated with World War One, Western Front (1914-1918).
