Mess jacket, 90th Punjabis, possibly associated with George Charles Bampfield, 1909. Khaki with black velvet facings, khaki cords and loops, Lieutenant Colonels’ badges. Bampfield was in the 90th Punjabis from 1912 to 1922, rising from Second Lieutenant to Acting Major. In 1922 he moved to the 2nd Bn 8th Punjab Regiment as a Captain.
