Rifle regiment officer’s sword, pattern 1834; ‘normal’ blade, engraved on inside with maker’s name, R Jones and Son, Market Place, Lynn and on outside with name of regiment; ‘gothic’ steel guard with bugle and sash; stepped pommel; fishskin grip with wire binding.
