Description
Francis Maxwell's Diary 1909. On 9 January Maxwell leaves Bombay for England after his son Patrick dies. Pasted into the diary is a flower from the grave of his son Patrick. Maxwell then returned to India on the 13 October. After arriving back in India he took up a Brigade-Majorhsip, and served at camps in the Amballa area.
