Addressed to various correspondents including The Duke of Kent, Count de la Maye St Hilaire, Brownrigg, Adj Gen Calvert, Maj Gen Jacome. 
The letters open with the news of Charles O'Hara's death and arrangements on Barnett assuming command of Gibraltar. They also include details of border crossings, troop movements, courts martial, changing regiments, returns, leave, discipline and quaratining of ships.
