Button, officer, 2nd Madras Lancers, 1886-1903. Silver plate button by Stillwell and Son, London, with crossed lances with the unit initials, ‘2’, ‘M’, and ‘L’, surmounted by a Guelphic crown, with rim. Associated with 2nd Madras Lancers (1886-1903). From the J L Chapple Indian Army Collection.
