Letter sent to Douglas McKie’s father by the Santos employees of the London and Brazilian Bank, April 1917. Expresses their sorrow and condolences on the death of Douglas McKie. From a collection of personal correspondence and notes relating to the death of Douglas Hamlin McKie, Artists' Rifles and Northumberland Fusiliers who was killed at the Battle of Arras, 1917. Sent during 1917-1918. Associated with World War One, Western Front (1914-1918).
