They are wearing their blue undress uniform with sashes and peaked caps and hold bamboo swagger sticks. They are possibly at the camp to take part in the National Rifle Association competitions, the last one held at Wimbledon before moving to Bisley.

Although unnamed they appear to be Lt (Hon) Edward G V Stanley (2nd Bn Grenadier Guards) on the left and Lt Joseph H R Bailey (1st Bn Grenadier Guards) on the right.
