Manuscript letter to Brig Gen Thomas Baker from Maj Gen Sir F S Roberts, providing details of the total number of mules available to the Force, 21 Sep 1879. From a collection of letters and papers received by Brig Gen Sir Thomas Durand Baker, July 1879 - October 1880. He was Director of Transport during the Kabul-Kandahar, March 1880. Associated with the 2nd Afghan War (1878-1880).
