Manuscript letter from Maj George H S Willis, 77th East Middlesex Regiment, to his mother, 20 Nov 1855. Letter mentions the strong feeling against William Howard Russell for his reporting of the attack on the Redan, and writes that fault lay with the officers who commanded the supports.
