Description
Watercolour. From a leather bound album of 86 watercolours and 1 etching compiled during the Crimean War by Lt Col The Hon Augustus Murray Cathcart, 93rd (Highlanders) Regiment of Foot, 1854-1856. The watercolours show scenes on board ship, topographical views, sketches of fellow officers and images of Turkish and other local troops.
