Description
Sweetheart brooch said to have been awarded for Red Cross work by Queen Eleonore of Bulgaria to Maj Corrie Hudson, 1913. Yellow metal. Pierced within a florally decorated circlet a red enamelled cross. The circlet surmounted by a monarchial crown, filled with pink material. Associated with the Balkan Wars (1912-1913).
