Description
Pouch, Honourable East India Company, possibly 11th Bengal Cavalry, worn by Sgn John Henry Sylvester, Bombay Medical Service, nd. Black patented leather with silver wire embroidery and silver fittings. Pouch flap silver with hallmark: London 1861. Cypher ‘VR’ in gilt metal surmounted by a monarchial crown.
