Manuscript letter from Edward Augustus, the Duke of Kent and Strathern to Mrs Frances Falck, 4 Jun 1816. Written in the third person. Regarding her pursuit of compensation for the loss of her son, Niels, and mentioning the Duke's own financial loss. From a collection of papers relating to the service and death of Mrs Falck's son, Lt Niels Falck at the Battle of Salamanca, Peninsular War (1808-1814), 22 July 1812.
