Colour transparency collected by Mr J W Forsaith to illustrate a lecture ‘Miss Florence Nightingale and her legendary lamp’. Associated with a mezzo tint from a painting by Butterworth depicting Florence Nightingale with a wounded soldier, located in the Wellcome Institute. Associated with the Crimean War (1854-1856).
