Letter from James Rowe, from the Commissariat Scutari, 18 Dec 1854. With additional sheet entitled 'For Edwin's Self' with a list of spelling errors on the back and two extra sheets entitled 'Grammar and Co. Dr. Edwin'. Possibly sent to England. James Rowe was storekeeper at the Commissariat at Scutari during the Crimean War (1854-1856).
