Soldier’s letter written by No 151 Pte John Simpson, No 6 Coy 2nd Bengal European Fusiliers from Agra to Ireland, 15 Feb 1852. Simpson writes to his mother that if he does not get over his current bout of dysentery she must apply to India House for the £15 left in his will. He died a fortnight later.
