Printed letter written by William Nicol, Chairman of the Committee of the Light Horse Volunteers, April 1817, announcing an upcoming general meeting to address proposals before the Committee 'for the alterations in the dress and accoutrements of the regiment' recommended at a prior general meeting, as well as the election of a cornet.
