2nd Royal Tower Hamlets button, 1868-1881 Silver plate 2-piece, rim. A scalloped edge, in the centre a garter strap topped by a crown inscribed HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE, in the centre of the strap the White Tower of London with a strung bugle horn above. Reverse marked with a circle in the centre, around the edge ISAACS CAMPBELL & CO LONDON, in the centre of the circle 21 ST JAMES’S ST. From the collection of Maj H.G. Parkyn
