It is different to 1941-2 - you can’t get away from the locals and vendors. One of 56 photographs taken by Pte Ken Hardy on two leave periods at Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, 1941-1942. From a collection of photographs and associated negatives taken by Pte Kenneth Charles Albert Hardy, Royal Army Service Corps and Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, 1941-1943. Associated with World War Two, North Africa (1940-1943).
