2nd Royal Tower Hamlets button, 1868-1881 Silver plate 2-piece, rim. A scalloped edge, in the centre a garter strap topped by a crown inscribed HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE, in the centre of the strap the White Tower of London with a strung bugle horn above.
