Manuscript letter from Henry Drummond to William Lee, later Lieutenant Colonel, 13 Feb 1781. Letter asks him about school at Harrow and about the pleasures of 5th November, possibly referring to Bonfire Night. From a collection of 112 letters and envelopes addressed to Lt Col William Lee, 5th Baronet, 16th (or The Queen’s) Regiment of (Light) Dragoons, 1749-1810. Also includes photocopies of other letters from the same correspondence.
