Large volume of MS notes and plans, spined ‘Projects’, containing work done by Lt Col Alexander Herbert Mason whilst at the School of Military Engineering Apr-Jul 1876. Consisting chiefly of reports of visits to engineering establishments of little military interest apart from a report on Stoughton Barracks, Guildford, and a design for a small barrack, complete with plan and elevations.
