Printed letter written by Archdale Palmer, new Chairman of the Committee of the Light Horse Volunteers, May 1817, announcing that, following the previous two general meetings of the committee, the recommended changes to 'clothing, accoutrements and appointments of the regiment' have been accepted and will be implemented.
