Programme, itemising firework display at Primrose Hill, to celebrate the end of the Crimean War (1854-1856), 1856. Printed silk, manufacture unknown, published for the Royal Artillery, 1856. On the 29th May 1856 firework displays were held at a number of locations around Britain including Hyde, Green and Victoria Parks in London. This programme for those held on Primrose Hill details 24 separate sections called divisions, co-ordinated by Captain E M Boxer, Royal Artillery, Superintendent of Royal Laboratories.
