First field dressing, 1911; undyed linen package bearing a safety pin package attached to the side with a piece of paper; the safety pin is wrapped in greaseproof paper; faded yellow paper label on the front is printed with instructions for use and the maker’s name, Cuxson Gerrard and Company Limited; owned by Lt A P Williams Freeman, 1st Bn Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry.
