Khaki skirt. From a khaki hot weather uniform worn by Chief Cdr R Wills when serving with the Canadian Women’s Army, 1939-1945. Waistband: two rows of top stitching at all edges. On inside back a very faded linen label and stamped mark of a broad arrow within the curve of the letter: C.
