Manuscript letter from Col John MacDonald to Richard Neave, 22 May 1823. In the letter he refers to a fraudulent petition for a pension by Patrick Kelly, of the 26th Regiment of Foot. One of six letters sent by Col John MacDonald, Adjutant General from Horse Guards to various recipients, 1822-1832.
