Description
Six officer's buttons, gilt metal, 1925 (c). Half-domed. Design in relief: a palm tree upon a ground above the letters, 'W.A.F.F.' The reverse bears the impressed maker's name, 'WM Dowler & Sons Ltd/ Birmm' and a loose shank. From a collection of 27 badges and buttons worn by Lt Col J Lyall, West African Frontier Force.
