Jug (without lid) inscribed on belly below spout, 1869. Silver, hallmarked as sterling silver, possibly London, made by ‘FK’ (not identified), nd (pre-1820) Plain, tear-drop bellied, with curved handle having flat ‘thumb’ disc on top of curve. Associated with Col Needham T Parsons, 101st Regiment of Foot (Royal Bengal Fusiliers) and 103rd Regiment of Foot (Royal Bombay Fusiliers).
