Photocopy of a handwritten note by an unknown author giving some background on Bower and his place in the campaign, nd. Associated with an autobiographical memoir written by Capt Ronald J Bower Royal Army Medical Corps, 1944 and 1957. Bower qualified and was commissioned in 1943, then posted to India and joined 14th Infantry Bde (16 Column) for the second incursion into Burma by Wingate's Chindits in 1944. Associated with World War Two, India (1939-1945).
