Proceedings and copies of a Court of Enquiry associated with Mr Upton, April 1855. The Court of Enquiry was investigating if any loss was sustained by Mr Upton, a British subject, due to the occupation of his house by troops and also whether any payment should be made for his services. Associated with FM Lord Fitzroy Somerset, 1st Baron Raglan, Commander in Chief. Associated with the Crimean War (1854-1856).
