Description
Mess vest, 90th Punjabis, possibly associated with George Charles Bampfield, 1909. Black velvet, silver lace, silver beading. Bampfield was in the 90th Punjabis from 1912 to 1922, rising from Second Lieutenant to Acting Major. In 1922 he moved to the 2nd Bn 8th Punjab Regiment as a Captain.
