It is made of Portland stone From a collection of eight photographs relating to Gen Sir George Whitmore, Colonel Commandant of the Royal Engineers in Malta, between 1811 and 1829; photographs include the Royal Engineers Crimea Memorial and scenes in Malta and the UK, such as Windson and Folkestone.
