Red enamel Tudor Rose with a green enamel leaf between each petal with a gilt left facing crowned profile bust of Queen Victoria with blue enamelled circlet around with IPMERATRICIS AUSPICIIS in gilt on the circlet to centre, whole surmounted by a Tudor Crown in gilt and enamel suspended from a dark blue ribbon.  Reverse is plain burnished gilt with some minor scratches.

Awarded for his service as Commander in Chief, Burma Command, 1946-1948, which ended with Burmese Independence.
