Description
Brief letter, 24 Feb 1776. Sent from Mr Webster to John Campbell, First Cashier of the Royal Bank of Scotland informing him that his son, Lt Colin Campbell of the 55th Regiment of Foot, had arrived safely in Boston on 30 December after a passage of 14 weeks.
