Description
Photograph showing a camp of bell tents amongst the trees and scrub of a flat valley, flanked by two steep hills. The camp is said to be a hospital in the kloop at Heidelburg, Transvaal, South Africa, possibly July 1900. From 31 photographs mostly relating to the Boer War, compiled by Capt W E L Stewart, 1900. Mounted on a sheet from a photograph album.
