Ms letter from Capt Coughlan to George Cockburn, Bury Street, St James,12th June 1806. Cockburn is in Hull. Coughlan has not yet been given confirmation of where he is to be positioned and he is running out of people to ask for help. He has considered writing to the Duke at Horse Guards, but is aware his letter would be handed to someone less senior to deal with.
