Colour transparency collected by Mr J W Forsaith to illustrate a lecture ‘Miss Florence Nightingale and her legendary lamp’. Associated with Miss Anna Neagle photographed with the Bracebridge Lamp and the marble bust of Florence Nightingale, by Sir John Steell, the picture was taken during the research which preceded the making of the film ‘The Lady with the Lamp’. Associated with the Crimean War (1854-1856).
