Sent from Sir Henry Wellesley at Cadiz to Lt Gen Colin Campbell, Lt Governor of Gibraltar.
Letter discusses the cession of three Upper Presidios by the Spanish government to the Moors in exchange for supplies to Cadiz. Asks Campbell’s advice on this as to the affect on British and Spanish trade and the provisioning of Cadiz.
