Lettercard written by Hugh Hughes to his parents in London, 18 Nov 1900. Sent from Norvalspont (also spelled Norvals Pont or Norval's Point). They are moving towards Cape Town to catch a ship home, but the railway line has been blown up in several places so it has been taking a long time to get through. One of twenty four lettercards sent by Hugh Hughes, a voluntary medical orderly in the Imperial Yeomanry to his parents in London,1900 (c). Associated with the Boer War (1899-1902).
