Lambskin, owned by Lt Col T V Scudamore, Duke of Connaught's Own Rifles (Canada), 1918 (c). Centre portion is of black leather. Hind and fore portion of black lambskin edged with scalloped scarlet cloth. Lining of drab moleskin. At lower edge of each fore portion is a leather strap, with eyelet for attaching to a white metal stud. At each hins portion is sewn a brown leather strap. At one end of the strap is a single prong brass buckle and similar leather slider and at the other end eight eyelets. Lining is stamped: From Major T V Scudamore 1601 Yew Street Vancouver BC.
