Description
Brooch for merit, British Legion, worn by Gen Sir Francis Robert Roy Bucher, Civilian, 1963. A white metal lion’s head affronte mounted between two blue enamel scrolls, above and below, joined together to form an inverted pear shape. Gilt metal reverse bears a vertical brooch fitting.
