Manuscript letter from Trp Sgt Maj (later RSM and Riding Master) George Cruse, 1st (or Royal) Dragoons, to his wife, from Camp Balaklava, 22 Oct 1854. Continuing his story of the bombardment, and praising Raglan's feeding to the troops. Associated with the Siege of Sevastopol, Crimean War (1854-1856).
