Manuscript memorandum, 5 Jan 1877. Asking Lt C A Mercer to attend to receive recognition of his service at the Imperial Assemblage (the Delhi Proclamation Durbar). He was given the silver commeorative medal. Signed by Maj Gen Frederick Roberts, Quarter Master General in India. From a collection of documents relating to Col C A Mercer, 1847-1923.
