Letter to Lt Dugmore from Dr W I Ansorge from Masindi, 10 Nov 1897.
Reports that Michael Moses has not been dividing the produce of the garden equally; would like to put in place provisions to ensure the equal distribution of the proceeds and has begun to distribute it himself. There is also a delay in receiving quinine and he warns that men will begin to die if it does not arrive soon.
