Button: within a Garter bearing the Garter motto, above which is a monarchial crown, a maple leaf, the whole surmounted by the title: CANADA. One on each lower edge of attaching chin strap.

Badge: Within laurel wreath the pierced letters ATS surmounted by a monarchial crown. Bent lug fitting east and west.
