Description
Officer’s pantaloons, 56th Punjabi Rifles (Frontier Force), worn by Lt Col H Champion de Crespigny, 1912-1920. Drab cavalry twill with drab mohair lace, black velvet stripe, drab cavalry twill knee patches and drab cotton binding. Drab flat composition buttons at knee. Six tin flat button at waist, two at back on inside, five at fly opening.
