Description
Letter from Lord Beresford’s secretary 10 May 1831. Addressed to Drummond thanking him on behalf of Beresford for his interest in Lord Beredford’s son. Goes on to speculate on the Duke of Wellington and Lord Lyndhurst coming into a new Ministry, Peel not objecting to take office. From a collection of 23 letters to and from Maj Gen P Drummond, Governor of Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, 1830-1839.
